Shipping policy
1. General Shipping Information
We ship our products within Germany & Europe. Shipping is handled via DPD & DHL, and processing time is usually 2–3 business days. In special cases such as mattresses, we use freight forwarding services. In these cases, delivery times may differ from standard shipping times.

Standard shipping within Germany with DPD: Free of charge for orders over €100 – delivery time approx. 2–3 business days
Standard shipping within Germany & Europe with DHL: Costs are calculated dynamically – delivery time approx. 2–3 business days
Freight shipping within Germany & Europe: Free of charge for orders over €100 – delivery time approx. 2–3 business days

4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to countries other than Germany (please add all countries here).
5. Tracking Information
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to track your order at any time.
6. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at shop@hansetextil.com.
Damaged goods: Please send us photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can find a solution.
Lost parcels: If your order has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us. We will check the status with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
